2 bdrm apt wanted

I"m looking for a spacious, light, 2 bdrm apt in a house or well managed
building for Dec 15 or Jan 1 that would be suitable for living and doing
some counselling work. I am having to move from my current upper house
where I've lived for 10 years because the new owners of the house are
moving
in.

I'm looking for something preferably in the Cook St village or James
Bay area.
